I-CONICA is a brand and project owned by NOLAM SRL. It expresses the evolution of a revolutionary idea in the world of ice-cream production: giving ice-cream makers and confectioners the freedom to create wafer cones and wafersin different flavours and shapes quickly and easily, with no limits to the creativity and quality of the final product.
The project has also been developed in the field of catering for a new finger food idea.
NOLAM SRL holds four patents for the production of the innovative I-CONICA machines, which allow the user tochange the shape, size and flavour of the cone in just a few steps.
