We showcased our machines at the 43rd edition of the Tirreno C.T Trade Fair in Carrara: a hub for the hospitality industry throughout central Italy. Demonstrations were held over the four days by staff and master gelato maker Vincenzo Aiello, owner of Pasticceria-gelateria d’altri tempi in Venzone (UD). Vincenzo was one of the first to use the I-CONICA Light machine in his shop and to create his own signature sweet dough. During the demonstration, he let people taste his freshly made cones, whilst explaining how to strike the right balance between ingredients and showing how the machine is operated.
